My First Entry

Salam & Hi...
This is my first entry to blogs. Let me introduce myself. I'm Linda. From Ipoh. Just married. Currently I'm working as Quality Engineer. But now I found my new interest. BAKING!!! Yup, finally I know what I want to do... This few years I've been searching for what do I want to do in my life... hehehe... And now I'm a part-time home baker. I baked cupcakes, cakes, brownies & cookies... I love to try the bread recipe, but I didn't have a suitable mixer. My Electrolux mixer is just too fragile for mixing dough (afraid that the motor couldn't stand during mixing process). Hands??? Alamak... tak larat le rasanya nk uli. Now I'm trying to market my product. People might find my products prices are quite high but no worries... I'll be using the best ingredients to make a high quality products. Last but not least "Happy Fasting to all my muslim friends".
