Wedding Cake for Amrom

This cake was made for my friend's wedding (my schoolmate). He requested for a choc moist cake with bluberry filling. The theme are brown & cream. I took more than 2 hours to smooth out the buttercream until finally I gave up. I'm bit upset with it coz it not SMOOTH!!! But the cake taste great. You should try it. I should practice more on frosting cake with buttercream (there's always a room for improvement rite?). But its really susah. Perhaps next time should use the Steam Buttercream method which give a smooth finishing without much hassle. heheh... Btw Amrom & Khodija, Selamat Pengantin Baru... Semoga berkekalan hingga ke hujung nyawa.
