Wanna know what did I learn?
On the 1st day I learn to how-to-make flowers by using royal icing. There are few types of flower such as; daffodils, chrysanthemums, rose buds, daisies and more. On the second day we have to bring our on cake & frost it with buttercream. Each one of us frost our cake with a thin layer of buttercream and make an impressive flower basket cake using the interwoven basket weave technique... hehe. In a grand finale, we arranged those royal icing flowers on the cakes including the birds which made of color flow.
